Professional Development Course
Title of PD - "Change the Story".

In person or through use of technology, professional development course can be held via zoom and follow up phone consultations. This means attendance is much easier/more convenient for individuals

The course consists of Part A and Part B. Each module will go for approximately one hour each, a total of 2 hours for the whole course to be completed.
One on one play based therapy is offered to children and families. Visits within the home, or other services to help support the child's needs to meet their developmental milestones.
Simone has experience in supporting and guiding, mentoring kindergarten teachers / educators.
Experience in NQF, whilst being educational leader, achieved a "Meeting" in Assessment and Rating.
When Simone's shares her knowledge/experiences, she takes in account a holistic approach / manner that helps clients think differently, respond differently for a greater positive outcomes.

Programs for professionals - This consultancy offers professional development training. The service includes a knowledge base of emotional intelligence as well as practical strategies to assist educators. The knowledge imparted includes real stories of how the brain, mind, heart work in connection to change the story of learning processes.

Effective play based play therapy - Exploring and assisting in the change of beliefs to achieve effective outcomes. Personal trauma addressed and supported. Assistance in critical thinking which helps absorb new information and unlocking ones' past story and beliefs. Leading to more empowered individuals. Zones of regulation taught and explained, and practical useful strategies to address big feelings.

One on one child development - Supporting children with formal diagnosis and non diagnosed, lifting children's over development, emotinall, mentally and behavioural support. Real helpful strategies to guide emotions, teaching children to know and understand when big feelings visit. Children to have control and confidence in them selves.

Educational leader support - This service offered is to do with rating and assessment. It will bring clearer understanding of outcomes for families, children's and community. Also included are achieving outstanding practice, critical thinking concepts. It will cover children's displays and work, the actual learning behind it. Meaningful learning and scaffolding children's progress to deeper levels.

Mentoring - Offering a mentorship program, the main methodology is being a role model through sharing/using past experiences and professional expertise to assist, guide and support new graduates and all educators in their professional journey.
